2. Product Information
Supplements are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure diseases (UK Food Supplements Regulations 2003).
Descriptions comply with EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 on nutrition claims.
3. Orders & Pricing
Prices include VAT (where applicable) and are in GBP (£).
We may cancel orders if pricing errors occur (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, Chapter 2).
4. Delivery (UK & EU)
UK: Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days).
EU: Duties may apply post-Brexit (EU Regulation 2018/644).
5. Returns & Refunds
30-day returns for unopened products (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
Refunds processed within 14 days of return receipt (EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
6. Liability
We are not liable for misuse of supplements.
Maximum liability limited to order value (UK Sale of Goods Act 1979).
